With its brilliant mix of food and wine experiences, breathtaking scenery and rich heritage, you may be surprised that the region makes for a fun family getaway. Make a weekend of it and stay with us at Clare Country Club, resort-style accommodation located in the heart of the Clare Valley wine region.

Mini Railway
Located alongside Lake Inchiquin, Clare Valley Model Engineers have constructed a railway over one-kilometre long that features several bridges, twists and turns, plus a delightful tunnel in a 10-hectare park.

Mintaro Maze
The perfect way to spend a day with the family is to get lost in the bamboozling Mintaro Maze! For a more action-packed day, hire bikes for the family and set-off on a ride down the stunning Riesling Trail. The trail winds through picturesque vineyards, passing over the Quarry Road bridge and then skirts around the grounds of the Clare showgrounds.
