Located alongside Lake Inchiquin, Clare Valley Model Engineers have constructed a railway over one-kilometre long that features several bridges, twists and turns, plus a delightful tunnel in a 10-hectare park.
The perfect way to spend a day with the family is to get lost in the bamboozling Mintaro Maze! The living hedge maze consists of over 800 conifers, features fountain and twists and turns to trick even the most committed explorer. When you do find your way out, there’s plenty more to enjoy with a range of giant sized games featuring local Minarto slate.

Fun for both the parents and kids, Sevenhill Winery was the first winery established in the Clare Valley. While the parents can enjoy wine tasting, the kids can play in the dedicated kids play area. Featuring a huge green lawn, totem tennis and footballs to kick around.
For a more action-packed day, hire bikes for the family and set-off on a ride down the stunning Riesling Trail. The trail winds through picturesque vineyards, passing over the Quarry Road bridge and then skirts around the grounds of the Clare showgrounds.
